Community guidelines

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Confetti’s community is for sharing things people can make. Every published design is public: anyone can see it, download it and remix it. Makers here can be as young as 13, so keep your designs, names and photos suitable for everyone. Before you publish, check that your design follows these guidelines. They are part of our terms.

Keep it safe for everyone

  • No sexual or adult content, including nudity meant to be sexual.
  • Nothing that sexualizes children.
  • No weapons: guns or working gun parts, suppressors, ammunition, explosives, or blades and launchers made to injure.
  • Nothing made to hurt people or animals.

Be kind

  • No hate symbols, or posts that attack people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or where they come from.
  • No bullying, threats, or pretending to be someone else.

Respect privacy

  • Don’t share someone’s personal or private information without their permission.
  • Nothing made to secretly watch, record or track a person.

Share what’s yours

  • Only post files you made or have the right to share.
  • Credit the people whose work you built on.

Be honest

  • No spam, advertising, or names and descriptions that mislead people.

Usually fine

Toy foam-dart blasters, cosplay props that clearly can’t work, tools, kitchen knife holders, anatomy and science models, classical art, security cameras for your own home, pet trackers, and personal safety whistles and alarms.

How we check

When you publish or update a design, Confetti checks its name, description, build notes, credits, file names, cover and photos against these guidelines. A design that clearly breaks them is not published, and our team reviews it. Anyone can report a public design or comment, and our team can remove it. Breaking the guidelines again and again can lead to a suspended account.
