Some parts need additional wiring, firmware, or fit checks before Confetti can support them. Request a part and tell us how you want to use it.

Open your project and use its download options to export the available design files and build guide. Check the build review before making or assembling parts. A generated design still needs physical checks.

Open billing settings to review your plan and credits. For a billing problem, send a message below.

Cancel a paid plan anytime under Manage billing in billing settings; it stops the next renewal. Our refund policy explains when credits, plans and orders can be refunded. To ask for one, send a message below with the order reference or the date of the charge.

Each project can be downloaded as a ZIP file from the project. To delete your account and its cloud projects, open account settings. For any other access, correction or deletion request, choose “Privacy or account request” below. See our privacy notice for details.
