How are credits charged?
Planning a project and reviewing its brief are free, without a credit hold. Each project’s first standard build costs 25 credits, including ordinary supported electronics. After that, a small resize, recolor or move costs 5 credits and any other change costs 25. Complex projects receive a separate quote. Confirm the exact price before paid work starts. Credits are held while it runs and charged when a model is delivered. Questions without a model, failed requests, and cancellation before delivery release the hold. Internal repairs never add to your accepted price.
What happens when I run out?
You can still view, download, share, remix, and restore saved work. Buy a one-time pack, choose a paid plan, or wait for your monthly credits. There are no automatic overage charges.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Free includes 100 welcome credits valid for 90 days, plus 25 each month, accumulating up to 100 monthly credits. Free monthly credits last four months. Maker and Studio roll over unused monthly credits up to two monthly allowances: 400 and 1,200 for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers retain their original allowances and rollover caps. Each paid grant lasts through one additional monthly period. One-time packs last 12 months and are separate from these caps. We use credits expiring soonest first, then non-expiring referral bonuses.
When do my credits arrive?
Free monthly credits refresh on the first of each month, UTC. Paid credits arrive when your monthly payment succeeds. Purchased packs arrive after payment is confirmed. Your balance shows available credits after any holds; billing lists upcoming expiry dates.
Does my plan include physical parts or manufacturing?
Components, shipping, fabrication, and specialist services are separate purchases. Credits pay for AI design requests. A generated design still needs appropriate review and physical testing.
How do cancellation and plan changes work?
Prices are in USD and paid plans renew monthly. Cancel in Manage billing to stop the next renewal. Existing credits keep their original expiry dates, including purchased packs. Your account returns to Free when the paid period ends. To change paid plans or ask about a payment or refund, contact support. Deleting your account cancels its subscription immediately.
