Description

Set a figure on the box and it plays a story recorded for that figure, so a grandparent far away can still read at bedtime. Fox, owl, whale, dragon and bear figures sized for small hands, a solderless M5Stack CoreS3-SE with an RFID reader, and an adult-set volume limit.

Build notes

Prototype: tag reliability, sound level, heat and break resistance need physical testing before a child uses it. Load the recordings from a computer.
